Hi mamas, My husband and I are trying for our second baby and two days ago (3 days before my missed period) I took a home pregnancy test and it showed that I am pregnant! I have been having slight symptoms (increased appetite, bloating) including some cramping. We really want to tell our family at Thanksgiving, but the cramping has me a little worried. How Did You Cope with Labor? How Do You Manage 3 Under the Age of 4?

I'm days away from delivering baby #3 and could use some advice on how to keep it together. My first two children were late-term premature. In fact, my water broke with my first at 36 weeks before I even had contractions so I never had drawn out anticipation of labor and child birth. This time looks like I'm going the distance or at least getting closer to it.
