14 Month Old with Flu B
My son is 14 months old and a high fever yesterday landed us at the docotr's office where she told us he has the flu type B. She gave gave him Tamaflu and tylenol for the fever. He's had one dose and kept the Tamaflu down. I have heard that Tamaflu can be really rough on the stomach. He slept 17 hours, very un-typical. This is my first experience with the flu, even as an adult I have never had it. Has anyone ever had a young baby with the Flu? What can I expect, how long will the symptoms last?
