Daughter in Depression?
I have an 11.5 year old daughter who seems depressed. I am not sure if it is depression or just normal puberty stuff. She started her period a couple of months ago and just seems so down all the time. She rarely wants to go anywhere and her attitude is extremely negative. She thinks nobody likes her. I suffer from depression and anxiety, so I am wondering if this is what is going on with her. Any thoughts on this issue would be most appreciated. M.
