11 Month Old Has Had Diarrhea for Almost a Week. HELP!
I have a beautiful 11 month old boy who "caught a bug" last week and quickly recovered. However, the diarrhea has remained and his poor little bottom is so raw! The doctor says not to worry, that the diarrhea just takes a little longer to get over and it can hang on awhile. We are doing as the doctor says and giving him his formula, pedialyte, and baby food; but his condition is breaking my heart! He is acting normally until he "goes," then he starts to whimper because it hurts. Any suggestions, PLEASE?
