Baby Shower Gift Ideas

I have a friend that is having a baby shower and am looking for some ideas from everyone... I would like to know some ideas from everyone about the best, most useful or unique gift that you received before, or after the baby was born. I have two children of my own, and I am drawing a blank on something for her. Everyone always gets clothes, blankets, diapers, toys...
