Alternative Medicine for Inmunity Booster

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old children. They are both very healthy, but get colds very often. Does anybody know of a alternative medicine (homeopathy, syrup, tea, juice etc....) that I can give to my children to boost their inmunity.??
