Fungal Infection in 17 Month Old
Hey mamas...my 17 month old has struggled with what I thought was diaper rash for several weeks. We went to the doctor several days ago and she was diagnosed with a fungal infection in her diaper area. He prescribed an anti-fungal cream, which we have been using since and it only seems to be getting worse. We are also using some cortisone cream which the doctor also recommended. Is there something else that may be helpful? Previous to the current treatment we tried all sorts of diaper creams, herbal salves, etc. with some improvement,...
