Would like to Buy Baby Items in Order to Get My Daughter Back

Hello everyone,

Someone referred me from Craig's List to here. Here is my story.

My daughter’s father and I had an agreement. While I was in school, my baby would live with him, and I would have her every other day. Since I worked full time and went to school full time, this is the only fair way for her… without putting her in daycare for 14 hours a day 2 days a week.

He broke that agreement. He moved to Florida, with my 9 month old daughter. He did not tell me about this until after he had moved. He told me that I could not have her all weekend because he had company coming down. He said I could pick her up Sunday morning. On my way to pick her up, he tells me that he moved to Florida. Warns me that getting a lawyer would cost way to much money, and no judge in the US would give me custody over him. He now lives with a woman that he met online, and is funding his little lifestyle change

Now… to the point. I am working on getting her back. Of course, he took everything that I originally bought my daughter with him to Florida.(did I mention he lives off of women?) I need to have everything in order for her to come back in two weeks. My daughter is 9 mo old. I need to buy everything that you can think of that a 9 mo old baby girl would need. I am very greatful to have found a crib and high chair already. Here are the other things that I am looking for.
Diapers size 3 +
Baby Food (Stage 3s or Graduates)
Baby Cereals
Formula (ProSobee Lipil or Nutramigen)
Changing Pad
Clothes ( I believe she where's 6-9mo in somethings and 12 mo in others. Probably 12 to be safe)
Toys (She is learning to walk, so walking toys would be great)
Safety Items (I need to completely baby proof my house)
Dresser
Any other Furniture

I want her to have every single thing she needs when she comes back. I haven’t seen her in over 3 weeks. I miss her so unbelievably much… and do not want her to go without anything. Also, my goal is to show the judge that I am 100% capable of taking care of her from the day of the trial.

Of course, after thousands in lawyer fees, having to move in to a two bedroom place, buy furniture etc…. I am not in the best position financially. But I can pay. Of course, I will give the first priority to the things that she NEEDS first, and Wants second.

Also… I have all the things that she had from birth to 6 months in storage. Tons of clothes, a Glider, maybe a few toys, etc that I would be willing to trade. I am not sure if there is anyone out there that has a 9 mo old to 12 mo old and is expecting a new baby, but if so… maybe we can work something out.

Please… if you have anything that you know a 9 mo old needs.. email me. I can use it. I just want to get my baby back.

I know this is horribly long… and I am sorry. But it is my story. I hate to be one of those pleading people posting ads… but I promise, I know things don’t come free. I am willing to do/ or pay what ever it takes to get my daughter back. On that note… if anyone knows of cheap child care in Denton area (where I am looking to move, please forward the info.) Apparently CCMS just lowered the income requirements/eligibility and I now make a couple hundred too much to qualify. I am now in search of good quality daycare for my child. I would not mind finding someone to exchange childcare with either. I am available at night and on weekends.
Thank you very much for your time.

try posting on your local freecycle.org. You can post "wants." People who have your items will give them to you to keep them out of the landfill. I've seen furniture, toys, clothes, formula, etc, all posted as "offers." People giving it away.

In fact, formula was posted just this week on the freecycle in my town.

If you have paperwork - take him to court for violation of that paperwork and for custody. If you don't have paperwork - when you get possesion of her, don't give her back. If you don't have court orders for visitaion, whom ever has the child when they go to court, usually keeps the child.

My husbands exwife had custody, took off out of state last year, was abusive, etc - the child now lives with us!
