I agree with the comment to stay away from the Radio Flyer, fire engine red ones. They are too tall, have a high center of gravity and are HORRIBLE for the kids.
I got our Kettler at a church bazarre and our kids love it. It's well made, low to the ground and has the hole to insert a pole to push the kid along.
I have to say tho I don't think a tricycle is ideal for a two year old. I would stick to something his feet won't get tangled in. It's amazing how much coordination it takes to pedal a bike...and let me just say, if they aren't peddling, their feet fall off and get stuck and tangled underneath.
I would stick with something he can ride on/in where either his feet are contained or it can grow with him and maybe pedals can be used/added later.
We didn't go for the trike 'til our kids were three. They stayed on low, ride on toys until then.
