Hi everyone,
I'm in search of a Baby Alive doll. I had no idea that the doll would be so hard to find. I've search at a bunch of Target and ToysRus stores in Chicago and the western suburbs. Does anyone have any ideas about where I could get one? OR does anyone have a new (in the box)one that they would be willing to sell me? I'm starting to get frantic because I just can't find one anywhere.
Thanks everyone for the advice. I went to amazon.com and was able to order one for $49 w/ free shipping. The prices on e-bay were out of my league. I guess I've learned my lesson about waiting until the last minute to do Christmas shopping for toys (you would have thought that I would learned 5 years ago :-)

I saw a couple for sale on Chicago.craigslist.com. Under the baby/kids stuff for sale. They were going for about 65 bucks.

I just did a quick search on Ebay and found over 2000 Baby Alive dolls for sale. I don't know if you've ever bought anything from there, but it's always a good option. I bought several of my Christmas gifts from there. You can always find things NIB (New in Box). Good luck. It beats driving around to a zillion stores. Hope you get one.
I just bought one at Wal-mart in Evergreen Park this morning about 9:30 am. There were three left. 2 hispanic and 1 black one.
I had basically given up getting one also and had everyone I knew on a hunt. But today I got to call off all the troops and found "the missing baby". I think I'm going to be more excited about it than my almost 3 year old.
