Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Kroger.
I know all of them have it. Sam's only does the bigger cakes, but if you're feeding a lot of people it's a good deal. Kroger has the smaller cakes, too.
I need to order the car (lightning mcqueen) cake from the cars animation movie...could you pls let me know places where i could order the cake from. I live in Las Colinas, also my daughter's birthday is next Friday.
You can get a cars themed cake just about anywhere, you can go to Walmart, Super Target, Sam's Club, Kroger, Tom Thumb, etc; and look through a book and pick the design you want. They will nearly all be the same.
Thank you for all your responses...i actually went to Joann and bought the Elmo pan and baked a cake instead on my 2 yr old daughters birthday. My daughter and myself together put the icing (tube) on the cake and the cake turned out just excellent...my husband felt i had ordered it from the grocery store. It was a great experience.

Kroger's has Cars cakes. I've seen them at two different ones so far so I am sure one near you has it.

We got a Cars cake from Target. I believe Wal-mart usually has the same things as target.
I wish that I was available next week, but I just do not have the time. I will tell you that Michaels and Joanne Fabrics both have the cake mold. It makes a great cake! I have recipes for the butter cream icing if you would like to go this route. Just let me know. I love doing cakes and cookie cakes on the side, but next week is my last week at the Preschool I work at. Good luck and let me know if I can help you.

Hi S.,
Check with Kroger or Target Grocery, because they always offer the most popular Disney theme cakes.
Most people aren't aware, but they will also sell the decorative "Kit" separately if you ask. Then you could bake the cake yourself--- and use their packaged kit to decorate it at home. It can be fun for the birthday child to help decorate if they are old enough! Have fun! C. P--http://www.dfwkidsparties.com
Check out cakes.com. It shows you different theme cakes and where in your area you can find them.
Check out the bakery at walmart (market center off of 635 and macarthur). They have just about all the disney pixar cakes and when they did the cake for my son's 2 year birthday( soccer theme), they did an amazing job, the cake looked and tasted great and they even threw in a few extra decor for no charge. Like, it was so cute i hated to cut it. lol. hope this helps.
I've heard this person makes good cakes, her name is Aamina and website is www.brilliantcakes.com . She does sculpted cakes as well, check out the gallery section.
Any Target and Wal Mart does them. We got ours at Tom Thumb and I think I have seen them at Kroger. You can also buy the cake pan at Hobby Lobby or Micheals and make it yourself.
Good Luck!

I love Just Desserts by Marcie. She is extremely talented regarding cake design. Marcie is located in the University Hills shopping center on O'Connor/Rochelle. Her number is ###-###-####. She has a portfolio of the cakes. You can also bring her a picture of what you want the cake to look like. My Son wanted a Tom and Jerry cake. It came out great! Good Luck!
I got one for my son's second birthday at Tom Thumb. I believe they still make them and it was delicious!
You can get a cars themed cake just about anywhere. There is a company, whose name I can't remember, who supplies all the major grocery stores/big box stores with the decorations and how to. So you can go to Walmart, Super Target, Sam's Club Kroger, Tom Thumb, etc and look through a book and pick the design you want. They will nearly all be the same. My friend recently had a Cars themed party for her son and she bought the cake at Sam's Club.
