S.K.
I just used Karen M.'s first link and made a cute one for my daughter. If you want to be able to use it over and over, print it on cardstock and have it laminated.
I want one custom made.

Did you want one that you can print out yourself? If so, try these:

HTH!
just google "custom reward charts". There are websites that allow you to make your own and print them out, if that is what you mean. Good luck!
I just use excel and I can customize it any way I want.
Try staples or office depot or office max. they have printing centers that can print up and laminate just about anything in just about any size.
Your own computer. I have made them on Misrosoft office or word (can't remember which) It was quick and easy and custom to my kids.
You can make one yourself and have it printed at any quick printer. If you want something fancier and don't find what you want on line, hire a college student with some background in graphic design, list the categories of chores you want, and have that person design something for printing at any quick printer. You can email the file or put it on a flash drive, and have it printed on any of several standard size sheets or put on card stock. You can also have it laminated if you want to use it over and over.
Google 'Excel chore chart template' and you'll find some that you can customize yourself.
Maybe at a teacher's supply store or a print shop.
Hi-
I have this one:

I love it. You can change it around as they age or you have to address different issues.
I know they do generic ones, not sure if they do custom but its worth checking I suppose!
