Where Are the Tot Lots?

The Maestacker (sp??) park at 24 and VanDyke is one of my family's favorites. It has the larger play area and then one for the smaller kids. Plus another one when you first drive in to the park. But that one isn't covered by trees and can get hot in the summer. The other two areas are kind of in a wooded setting which is really nice. And they have now paved the walk-way to the pond which you can walk around and feed the ducks.

Waldenburg Park at 21 Mile and Romeo Plank area. They have a big playscape for older kids and a small plascape for little ones.

we like fort fraser, it is off garfield just south of fourteen mile. Turn on to park street one block south of fourteen mile off garfield, go all the way down park and you will see it. It is a big wooden play structure some of the local residents built. There are plenty of things for big and small kids to do. The only problem is on a hot day there is not too much shade, Only one small tree over a bench or two.

West Bloomfield ACS has a great toddler playground. It's open on the weekends and after 5pm, I think, on school days. The address is 5810 Commerce Road, West Bloomfield. I hope that's not too far for you!
