Ok, first I want to say, I do NOT want something to take to make me lose weight. Saying that, I am curious is there a vitamin/herbal supplement that helps or assists with weight loss? I eat right and exercise but the weight just stays on - it's those last few pounds I need to shed along with the belly pooch. Also, does the detox thing help?

What can I do next?

You can do an "eating" detox and it will help tremendously...I don't recommend doing the fasting things because you never keep the weight off. However, if you cut out all sugar, all red meat, all processed foods, dairy and alcohol you can give your body a break from all of the chemicals/additives and you will lose some weight at the same time. As long as you are getting enough vitamin d and calcium (which you can obtain from almond milk or various veggies etc) you can adopt this way of eating for life, or slowly add foods back in, or just have certain things on occasion. It is difficult at first but you learn to get creative and can make some really tasty stuff that is great for you! My husband and I love to sautee leeks and pears in a little olive oil and toss it in some cooked barley. Grains such as barley, quinoa, bulgar wheat etc are SO good for you and will be a staple for you if you decide to eat this way. If you want more info PM me and I will be glad to give you all kinds of food suggestions etc. My hubby lost 8 pounds the first week of doing this (and has kept them off) and I lost 4. You can have unlimited amounts of the certain foods so you are never hungry either :)

I know this isn't what you are asking for specifically, but I stopped drinking soda and dropped two pants sizes in less than a month. It was a very easy solution, that is why I mention it.

Arbonne has Organic vitamins and other supplements even a weight loss supplement. They even have a Skin Firming Cream that helps with the loose skin after having a baby or loosing weight. The 7 day Body Cleanse Dietary Supplement (liquid) works. People loose anywhere from 5-10 pounds. There is also a Colon Cleanse supplement that is safe to use on a daily basis. If you would like more information send me a private response with your email address. I know how frustrating it is to get almost there and then the weight just stops. The products are all gluten and dairy free and completely Vegan. Good Luck.

Hi,
You might want to check out http://www.cinchplan.com/healthforlife for tips.
The Cinch multi contains a glucose regulation complex that helps balance blood sugar thus reducing cravings. Soy protein, lecithin and B complex can also help. I recommend Shaklee and you can find it at http://www.shaklee.net/healthforlife.
I had never really had any weight issues until I got pregnant. I had an undiagnosed health issue and gained 65+ lbs that would not come off. I started taking Shaklee just to feel better, no dieting at all, and the weight fell off.
Good luck to you.

Check out this website: http://www.YummyLiquidVitamins.com My family is taking it and have seen a huge change. The cost is about $1 per day and is so worth it. There is also a FREE business opportunity as well. Let me know if you have any questions and good luck!
