My son is going to turn 2 in a couple of weeks and he loves Veggie Tales so I thought I would make him a cake or cupcakes and then put Veggie Tales figures on them or something but I can't find anywhere online to buy them for the life of me. Anyone know where I can buy Veggie Tales things to put on a cake or cupcakes?

What can I do next?

Are you even a little creative? If you are, I would just "draw" them with icing. I didn't think I could do this, but last year gave it a shot with my son's pirate cupcakes. Everyone asked where I bought them and couldn't believe I did it myself! I practiced on cardboard once or twice, and then put them on the real cupcakes. It took a little more time then I would have liked, but Bob and Larry are pretty simple characters to create. Have fun!

Tomorrow Veggie Tales for kids, a new website is being unveiled. Look at it tomorrow and see if they have anything you need for sale. I used to get my things from Big Idea.com but they went out of business.
You can easily make a roundish Bob cake and an oblong Larry cake.
Enjoy!

Just a suggestion if you can't find the actual Veggie Tale toppers....just get Veggie Tale stickers and put them on "plain" picks!

We have a christian book store (family christian store) in town. I know they would have veggie tale figurines at least. Maybe not meant for a cake, but you could use them on a cake. (My mom always did this sort of thing)

When I wanted a certain image for my daughter's cake and could not find them. I copied the image that I wanted, of the time was of an asian pop star, and I went to the website edibleimages.net and had them print them off and I placed it on the cake and did a decorated border around it and they also provided me with cupcake edible images. Or you can have edible images printed off at a local bakery in your area; all they ask for is the image on cd.
