Valentine's Day Book / Story for Kinder

I'm always a fan of the Berenstain Bears books and they usually have them for every occassion.

Jan brett has a book called Valentine Bears, It's really cute about a lady bear and man bear who both try to wake up from their hibernation to celebrate valentines, each have surprise treats for the other and it's sweet and funny.

My kindergartener really likes the Splat books.

There's a Winnie the Pooh book about helping...I think Roo wants to make the best Valentine's card for his mom and all the friends help by contributing their own uniqueness to the card. So cute!

I want to say I saw some book last year about a lonely Conversation heart who wanted to make friends outside his box...or something like that. It looked like a preschool book so I didn't look at it or buy it because my son was too old for it, but it looked cute.

Arthur's Valentine is pretty good. I also like Charlie Brown's Valentine.

When my son was in K, I bought the Arthur book about Valentines. I traced the cover and gave it to the class as a coloring sheet and read the book to them.

My favorite Valentine's book of ALL TIME is the Charlie Brown Valentine. I can't think of what it's called, and I just went to look for it and can't find it (I almost want to cry.)

It's not the newer one, but the one they based the tv special from...you know, Linus buys the huge Valentine for Ms. Othmar, Charlie doesn't get any Valentines, Snoopy makes a very elaborate cut-out, etc. My kids love it as well.
