It depends on what area you are in, I had done the toys for tots when I was a stay at home mom too and I went thru "healthy start families" I thnk you can go thru the health department too or department of children and families. I know you have to have a referral to go and the toys are great! Hope this helps
I don't know about Toys for Tots but if your children attend pinellas public school the school will send home a form usually the week before Thanksgiving break that allows families in need to sign up for help. As for Toys for Tots try calling any local recruiting office they probably could give you the info. Hope this helps.
