Smelly Feet - New York,NY

My husband's feet are killing me. The poor guy has done everything imaginable to fix his smelly feet problem short of surgery to cut his sweat glands. I don't like that idea.
He washes his feet everyday and brings extra socks and shoes to work. He changes his shoes twice a day, he has used powder, prescription drugs, soaked his feet with tea bags, sprayed deodorant, everything!!! Has anyone else had this problem? Any advise?

What can I do next?

I found socks made with silver thread for my hubby. They do help some nothing really works completely. If I remember the site I'll post it.

I know nothing about this, but from reading your post it sounds to me that he's treating the symptom...not the problem...go to a doctor and then go get a second opinion...I wish you both the best of luck.

I have always had smelly feet, at times much worse than others. Some of my children have the same problem too. The only thing I have ever found to help, and it really helps, is baking soda. I scrub my feet with it sometimes 2 or 3 times a day and I also put it in my shoes. It may take a few days but it really helps alot.

Have you tried getting botox injections for the sweat gland in his feet? I know they do it for sweaty palms and underarms.
