I have not tried it, but I have something better. It's called Body Balance. This is a Nikken wellness product. Basically, it helps get your body in balance so it can do what it needs to do for you to lose the weight. If you would like to hear more about it, let me know and I can get you the information.

Just my experience....a lot of money and I didn't stick with it because of the ongoing expense of supplements and food. It added up to be a lot of money! C.

I did Slim 4 Life about a year and a half ago, it was hard, and definately a lifestyle change but it worked and I felt healthy doing it. I didn't ever feel hungry. It is really expensive though so you have to be prepared for that. I have been able to keep most of the weight off, but have gained a little back. Good luck with it if you try it!

I had a freind that lost 55 lbs on it. I tried to go with Slim 4 Life but could not afford it. They want the fees for the whole program up front. The take how many lbs you want to loose and divide it by 3 (for 3-5 lbs a week). That is then multiplied by the weekly fee that they advertise (tink it is $6 right now) Then They add another set of weeks for Maintenance. There is also all these supplements that you have to buy for the program. When I went it was going to cost me around $560 and I wanted to lose 45lbs. My friend had great success but she could afford it. I decided to go with weight watchers. Good Luck

I had a co-worker try it and had success (50 lbs) but wasn't able to keep doing it for financial reasons. She said it was VERY expensive. Had to pay the $7 weekly fee all at once (so for example if they think it will take you 40 weeks to reach your goal weight, then you pay $7 x 40 just to get started). Then the supplements and vitamins were extra. If you don't reach your goal weight in time, it's the $7/week they pay, but you still have to do the supplements/vitamins.

Look into Sough Beach. It's a $10-12 book and is an easy way to eat a LOT of food, even casual dining restaurants. It's definitely worth trying that first than Slim 4 Life.

Good Luck,
J.
