We have cousins visiting from out of town and we are trying to think of things to do. Perot Museum comes to mind, but I was wondering if six and eight years old and thirteen... three boys. Would Six Flags have anything for the younger ones?

What can I do next?

My kids love six flags, they are 7, 11, 12. We have had season passes for two years, since age 5 for my youngest. For my youngest he isn't crazy about roller coasters but his cousin of the same age loves them. The website gives height requirements for each coaster but there is still plenty to do for my youngest. My kids also love Hawaiian Falls water parks (opens memorial weekend), several in DFW area, FW Zoo, and the Science Museum in FW. The Aquarium in Dallas is fun, and there is a new children's museum in Dallas that I've heard is very good. Have a fun visit!

I would look up their park and see what the height restrictions are. Then see how tall the kids are.

The one in St Louis has the lamest kids area, torture for adult and child alike. If you are not at least 42 inches tall the trip is pointless though I found 48 to be a better target.

My kids could all ride almost all the rides by 6. And loved them.

depending upon their height - they should be able to ride many of the rides!

Six Flags would have some for the little one but depending on how tall he is might not be a lot. There are lots of water parks. The zoo either Dallas or Fort Worth. The aquariem is always fun too.

The Dallas Aquarium is a MUST SEE! Six Flags is awfully expensive. If you're going to do a zoo, do the FW. It's much nicer. And you could go down the street to the stockyards, which is fun! Maybe take in a show at Billy Bob's since they're family-friendly and even watch some bull-riding!

Our Six Flags has a huge water park here in San Antonio. Does yours as well??? Kids of all ages have a blast at that.

Look at the website, all the information shoulld be there. Also find out how tall they are and whether or not they all like rides (not all kids do) otherwise it could be a big waste of money.

Yes, go to their website and look at the map. There are several area's that are just for the smaller kids. The older kids would be able to ride most rides on their own too.
