First, I think you should carefully read the ingredients. I understand it is full of silica (sand and ash) and other nasty, not good for you fillers.

And remember this: You can't shake weight loss onto your food!

Eat sensibly, Exercise regularly and put your money away for a dream vacation.

It surely looks tempting doesn't it....No I haven't tried it because you can't acheive weight loss through a pill or a product you shake on foods...

Hi C.,

Sensa says it is salt free and sugar free however it has tricalcium phosphate which is a salt and maltodextrin which is a sugar. It also contains silica. YUCK!

I really don't know how this product would cause you to lose weight except for the fact that silica is not water soluble. The only way I have ever seen successful weight loss is through GOOD nutrition. Some people think they eat well but they either don't or their body does not absorb the nutrition that they are eating. My husband was extremely big and had dieted and dieted and always lost weight and then gained it back with a vengence. The last time he pannicked about his weight (5 years ago) he wanted to go on another diet. I told him no and we were simply going to figure out how to get him healthy. I put him on an absorbable (it has to be absorbable) multivitamin/mineral complex. He didn't change his eating habits or his activity level and he had dropped 60 pounds in 6 months. When he felt light enough to run (he ran track in college) he started running and lost 50 more pounds. He has kept it off.....

His best friend was amazed and tried the vitamin that my husband used and lost 50 pounds. My sister in law dropped 15 and another friend of mine (too skinny) trusted me when I told her good nutrition would balance her weight and she gained 10 pounds. There are ways to lose weight fast but I have never seen anyone keep the weight off. Be careful of these "new" discoveries. There is never a quick fix.

Hope this helps! God bless,

M.

Instead of trying to find a gimmicky product like Sensa, Alli, the lychee diet, the cabbage soup diet, cleanses, or whatever other garbage is out there that might do irreversable damage to your body and metabolism, how about trying the good old-fashioned proper nutrition with portion control and increase in exercise? Weight does not just magically appear on the body overnight by doing nothing and thus it will not just melt off the body either. These products are built on a foundation of preying on your desperation for weight loss, hoping you will shell out lots and lots of money. Will they work? Yeah probably but as soon as you go off of it the weight comes back and usually with an extra 10-20 pounds.

It really sucks to do it the right way, but the right way will be permanent and an acknowledgement of lifelong changes that won't wreck your body and you can live with.
