I know of a great church in Peterborough. The Monadnock Congregational. It is on 101 in Peterborough, If you are on 101 coming from the center of Peterborough and headed towards Milford, it is on the left. Part of the church looks like a big barn. It is beautiful and spirit filled. Try it. Good luck with your hunt and I would be interested if you find any others.

I have heard the Monadnock Congregational Church in Peterborough (on 101 or "Wilton Rd") is a lively, spirit-filled and warm church, tending toward charismatic. I don't go there myself, but I've heard good things about it. Check it out at http://www.monadnockcongregational.org/ to see if it seems a possibility for you.
I don't know how far you want to travel but the Church i go to is in fitchburg you can check it out by going to their site it is thecrossroadscommunity.com
