I am looking for someone to clean my house every 2 weeks. I have been asked to return to work full time now and just don't have the time to keep clean like I did before. It's 4,000 Sqft, 5 bedroom (only 3 in use to clean) and 4 bathrooms. I want someone who is honest and is very thorough. I am very particular and I suspect overly clean. I would rather have an individual over a big company. I also would rather have a referral from someone who has used this person for a while.
I have never had anyone in my house while I'm away and the whole process of finding someone is a little freakish. I just know you gals will give me the info I'm needing. Any tips you can share for managing a housekeeper/hiring one would be helpful as well.

My housekeeper is very nice and very reasonable. They are very trustworthy, gr8 with my 21/2yr old and 6yr old dog. They do an excellent job without making any fuss. They are a couple - husband (Sergio) and wife (Marisela). Sergio does the vaccuming, sweeping, mopping and Marisela does the cleaning, dusting of the entire house (bathrooms, kitchen).
