I also have a 2yo daughter and a 1yo son ;) Due with our 3rd surprise (got preggo with an IUD)
I've had a tough time finding a sitter.
I joined sittercity.com and had some nice sitters through the summer but college students who are back in school or teachers who are back teaching full time.
A neighbors daughter who was a teen came in to help in the evenings and had major attitude, didn't work for me.
A homeschooled teen who's mom said all good then suddenly sent an email canceling that it was too far of a drive after having said it was fine....
It sure has been a challenge...
