I saw a store called "Personalizing It!" in Collin Creek Mall in Plano. I've never been there but you can call and ask them ###-###-####. I think they have a sign that they can do it while you wait???

Try Embroid Me, I know they do shirt logos etc. They are in the same mall as Target on Preston but in the shops closer to Preston.

Don't know if Dallas is convenient for you but there's a guy at at Valley View. He's on the upper level outside of Gymboree. I think it's about $15 an item.

The WalMart on the Tollway in Plano does monogramming. My mom used their services in the last couple of weeks.
