both can be found at Elliott's Natural Foods. the soap has no fragrance but is clean and natural and cures acne like nothing i've seen before. the lotion smells delicious and is good for oily skin and feels great when its put on. for body i usually use coconut oil. vitacost has great prices and so many natural products. i get coconut oil there (you can get 'grandpas' baking soda soap or 'kiss my face' olive oil soap for face there CHEAP). you can even use the coconut oil on your face and entire body. i usually oil up in the shower so when i dry off im not all goopy. i have oily skin and i dont have problems using the coconut oil on my face as long as i do it 3 days in a row then take a day break.

I use salacylic acid on my acne spots. It works better for me than the benzoyle peroxide products. Both are available by many companies in lots of stores. Also, I wash twice a day, once with a mild cleanser. Never use hot water, and I put moistuizer on twice a day. A heavier one at night. For make up I use Bare Escentuals.
I love it. I have had a lot less acne since I have started using it....and the incoming laugh lines and such aren't so obvious. (I am almost 40)...I hope you find something that works for you. DOn't forget the sunscreen!!!

I never had an acne problem until I got pregnant with my son. At that time my sister who has had an acne problem since she was a teenager recommended Proactiv, I bought the trial pack and now I am completely hooked. I am always getting compliments on my skin and I feel so good about it that I don't even wear foundation anymore. Hope this helps.
