Seeking Jeweler for Adding Charms to a Bracelet

I have multiple charms that need to be added to my charm bracelet. Does anyone know of a jeweler who doesn't charge a fortune to do this? It seems the going rate is $10/charm. I have 8 charms to be added and I don't want to pay $80. I'm looking for someone in the Frisco/Plano/Allen area.

What can I do next?

You might want to check with Castle Gap Jewelry. I know there is one at Preston and Northwest Highway, but they used to have several throughout the area.

I make jewelry and may be able to do this for you for a much more reasonable price. I am in south McKinney. Would it be possible for you to send me some photos so I can see how they would need to be attached? Thanks! :)

ok, the comment from Harold was uncalled for, however, it's not a bad idea. I know that some of the beading stores around here have classes. You might be able to go to a class and learn to do it... If the charms are gold or sterling silver, the beading shops should have all the supplies you need. I actually like doing charms and beading... Kinda fun!

good luck--

S.,

I use to go to James Avery and have my charms put onto my Bracelet, and I don't think they charged me anything. You may want to call before you go to make sure. I know there's one on SE corner of Park and Preston.

Good Luck!
