I was wondering if anyone had any names for a good thorough inspector in the area? Our new home's one year warranty is expiring and we are wanting to get an inspector to make sure everything is how it should be. Any names would be greatly appreciated!!

I use Accuspec for all of my inspections for my buyers. He explains things to you and will give you a very nice detailed report (WITH PICTURES) to help you understand items that might need to be repaired or you may have to pay attention to.
