Hi all, I live in San Diego and am looking for a really good family dentist. We are all over due for our checkups but can't seem to find anyone who can recommend a really good dentist. Suggestions, please! :D

I'm not sure what area you are looking to go to a dentist in but I have a great one in Kearny Mesa, while he might be nice for you and your older children, I'm not sure if you would want to take your youngest to him, my 7 year old sees him and she does great. i have the most wonderful dentist. But he's in Santee, I have been seeing him since i was five. he is covered under delta b/c my dad was in the navy. His name is James Shelton off of Mission Gorge in Santee. i don't know if he is taking new patients but you can call... And i don't know haw far you are willing to travel. i have NEVER had a bad experience with him. Very sweet man!! good Luck!!

My son has an awesome dentist! His name is Mitchell Poiset, there is another dentist (female) in the same office who is also wonderful. It's right off the 805 at Mesa College/Kearny Villa Rd exit. The address is 3030 Children's Way 92123. The number is ###-###-####. It's a children's dentist office. The have dvd players with the screen on the ceiling for kids to watch movies while having their teeth cleaned/ checked. My son absolutely loves it! Good luck in your search.
We use Dr Soto in Clairemont- my 8 year old had to have some stuff done- a lot fo stuff unfortnately and she is a total wuss and will only see female doctors if she has a choice - She really liked Dr Soto and did awesome through all her treatment! ###-###-#### they are near keils on clairemont drive.
