I am having trouble finding a child care center/in home day care in my area that I like. I have visited a few already, and I am finding it difficult to see my 3 month old baby in that setting. Nanny service is not an option for me simply because I can't afford to pay for a full-time nanny, not to mention the lack of experience the ones I have already interviewed have! I have already posted on here once regarding this, have checked out leads given and I think I just need some more possible options.....Also, if anyone has babies that go to The Learning Experience on Orchard Lake Rd. (b/t Grand River and 10 Mile) please let me know! I would really like to have some solid options before the baby comes in a month!
Maybe you know of this, not everyone does,a good resource is the Child Care Coordinating Council. The 4 C's as their known. Go online and get the phone # you're to call from your home#.They will E-mail you a lengthy list of child care providers in your area who have day care in their home. You of course will need to check them out. Sorry don't know any nannies.

My sitter comes to my house at 8/farmington. You would bring your child there. She has babysat for me since my oldest (15) was 5! She is an awesome sitter, very structured, does lots of things with the kids and has become my good friend. She watches my two little ones (6 and 3) and unfortunately, the other boy she watches is moving. She was looking for a child under the K grade. She is very flexible and has great rates. let me know if you want her # and she'll talk with you about it!

Where do you work? I am in White Lake which may be too far for you unless you work out my way. I have a small in home daycare that I think you would really be happy with bringing your baby to. I am licensed and have a very clean open floor plan home that a lot of parents seem to like. We have a lot of land and are currently working on building a playscape for toddlers and I have a seperate play gym for the the smaller babies just learning how to walk.
