Secretly Hoping...

Okay, here's the truth. I'm secretly hoping I'm pregnant. Feels good to say it (okay, well type it.) My hubby and I have a 16 month old already. I "feel pregnant as in something felt different about my body. I am on an off feeling lightheaded or nauseous - things that feel eerily similar to my first pregnancy (yes, even THIS early). Thinking back, we had unprotected sex on a day that was probably near a fertile time for me. We're not really planning another baby yet. We're actually both "ready" and have talked about it. Only thing is, I am going back to work around the end of the year and didn't really want to be obviously pregnant at that time. That's seriously the only hesitancy at this point. SO took a pregnancy test today just in case and negative. However, my period isn't due until Friday so who knows. Hubby and I are both super excited for our next baby...just not quite yet :p

Have any of you secretly hoped to be pregnant when the timing wasn't really ideal??

What can I do next?

yes, that's how I had 2 kids only 21 months apart. Got pregnant on our first born's first birthday--i guess you could say we were celebrating surviving one year as parents! haha

So many times I can't even give you a roundabout number. ;)
Which is really dumb because I do not have easy pregnancies.
GL! ;)

Once when I was still in college (not the typical student though, I was 7 years out of high school before I started) and living with my now husband, my period was late. When it finally arrived, I confessed to him that I was a bit disappointed. To my pleasant surprise, he said he was too. Although the timing would not have been the best, it worked out well that we weren't pregnant yet. We now have 3 beautiful, healthy children, and we were so blessed that they arrived on our time schedule, not before we were as ready as a couple ever can be. Good luck to you!

Yes. I secretly hoped I was pregnant with both of my kids & the timing definately wasn't right. Who's to say it wasn't right though??? Only God can make that decision. It might have not been convenient at the time, but we dealt with it & we made it work. I'm actually a single mother of 2...a 13 year old & a 3 year old. I wouldn't change it for the world!!! I have been with my current boyfriend almost 5 years & secretly I am hoping for another baby. We have talked about it & we have even talked about marriage. Financially, we can not afford it, but we both want a baby. It wouldn't be the worste thing that could happen. We'd make it work...just as I have before. I love my kids & I wouldn't change having them for the world!!
