After having my two kids i have issues with my ph balance. I was wondering if there were a supplement I could take instead of the home remedies. While I will try those I know my entire body is totally off wack and I would like to be balanced out again. An alkaline diet is very hard to follow (i have insulin resistance). Any suggestions of supplements or taking a home remidey for the entire body not just vag remedies. My bo is outtacontroll too. TMI sorry but this momma is off balance and need some guidance.

Regular meds really knock my socks off. I do very well with otc or all natrual. Like if I have a bladder infection (no longer drink sodas so this isnt an issue either) i can drink a cranberry juice and it clears up! Super sensitive to meds. Got incredibly sick a couple weeks ago and almost passed out after dr office gave me meds. Gentler is best!

***********edit. i do eat a nonfat greek plain yogurt. it doent seem to be enough to help and find i can loose a little bit of weight if i dont eat the yogurt!?? idk its just not enough.

What can I do next?

Do you take a probiotic? This might help you, because the good bacteria naturally help balance pH.

Added: I didn't mean to just eat yogurt, in case that's what you understood. I meant actually buying probiotic capsules, such as culturelle, and taking one daily.

Google organic apple cider vinegar and see if this might work for you. I have had great results with it for similar issues. Hope this helps.

Drink fresh squeezed lemonade (without sugar...may use substitute).
Even a couple of slices squeezed into water or other drink will help.
Lemons are acidic going in but body metabolizes into alkaline. I had hard time with alkaline diet, too but found that my urine ph would stay on alkaline side with lemon water.
Hope this helps.
