The only one I know is the old trick of cold tea bags.
I think also cucumbers.
Sleeping with your head more up would help prevent them.
Hi, ladies! I woke up this morning to a very attractive puffy bag under my right eye. I am sure it is caused by my recent sinus infection and a lack of sleep. Does anyone have any home remedies to help get it under control?? Thanks a million.

Try anything cool over your eyes.
Put a damp wash cloth in the fridge or freezer for a little while then put it over your eyes. You could wrap the damp wash cloth around a bag of frozen peas, too.
I love the green roll on stick, I think it's made by Garnier? The green tube comes in a box, and knocks out puffiness and dark circles. Not expensive either, you can get it at any pharmacy :)
I've never tried this, but I've heard that it's sound advice. Try preperation H and dab lightly. It will 'shrink swelling' just like it says. At least, that's what they do in Hollywood apparently.
Personally, I'd go with the cool packs. Tea bags, spoons, washcloth. Anything in the freezer for a little while, then let them rest.
