Our shut-off valve under our sink won't work, and my husband has done all that he can. It's time to pay the big bucks for a pro. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Thanks, everyone! It's nice to see so many satisfied customers. I have an appointment w/ Plumbing by Jay, and he's going to charge $145 to replace the valves. Seemed very fair, AND he saved us a bunch of money by reminding us of Delta's lifetime guarantee on their faucets. Delta is sending us a replacement part for FREE! ($80 retail, plus gas - I like free much better!)

I believe he doesn't charge a trip charge and will give you an estimate of the job when he gets there. He mailed a Thank you card to us for out business. I have used this place before and they are GREAT!
Reasonable and honest. I asked him to do something while he was there and he actually told me that I didn't need that done. Most would have taken the money and done it anyway! I was very pleased.

This guy is FABULOUS!! He's very honest and quite frankly a great guy. We found him when we built an outdoor kitchen last year. He had to help our contractor run the gas lines. He was professional and very nice to work with.
