Kabobs! Thread them on a skewer with bell pepper, mushrooms, pineapple chunks and onion, rub on some olive oil, salt and pepper and some garlic powder. Yumm
My family is not a fan of Stew and I have some Stew Meat from the butcher that I need to use. My family is not a fan of tomato or tomato based meals. Anything I can do with this?
TIA

You can make anything that calls for sliced up beef. I regularly buy the stew meat (because it is cheaper) and make stir-fry, fajitas, stroganoff, stew, and more. If it calls for pieces of sliced beef, then you can slice up the stew meat chunks and make it with that.
Beef tips.
Stroganoff.
I guess chili is typically tomato based...
I would think you could use it in place of ground beef in nearly any recipe. It'll just be chunks, instead. Slow cooker recipes would probably be best.
Beef Fajitas with peppers, onions, and cheese. So yum! My hubs adds sour cream to his too.
I have put it in a slow cooker and made shredded beef with it for tacos. It's so easy. Just add 1/2 jar of salsa or a can of diced tomatoes, 1 tbls brown sugar, 1 tbls soy sauce, 2 tbls chopped garlic. Mix all those ingredients and pour over meat (1 1/2 lbs) in slow cooker. Cook 8 hrs on low or 5-6 hrs on high. Shred the meat with two forks and add 1 tbls of lime juice (optional) and 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro (optional). We eat this on soft tortillas with all the taco toppings. We love it!
I have an excellent Vegetable Beef Soup that uses stew meat. It makes tonage and freezes great.
Beef pot pie?
I'd like beef tips in gravy (cook it in the slow cooker and get it nice and tender, serve it over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles), and then a green veg on the side.
Fajitas
Pot Pies
Barbecue Sandwiches
Shish Kabob
Beef Burgundy
Chip Beef on Toast
Beef Stroganoff
Swiss Beef
Taco Casserole
Tacos
Burritos
Omelettes
Quiche
That's all I can think of right now. Enjoy!

I don't like stew either, but I make a mean beef barley soup that you could easily omit the tomatoes from & have it still be delish. I do it in the crock pot. Let me know if you're interested & I'll msg you the recipe.
Beef tips with gravy - serve over rice or egg noodles. YUM !
Barbecue sandwiches........
Beef Stroganoff
Cook it, make a gravy and serve over rice.
Other than being in small pieces, fix like roast, serve with potatoes, carrots.
You can always grind it into hamburger!!

Or, put it in a crockpot with a jar of pepperoncinis and cook for 6 hours. Shred and make sandwiches with a slice of your favorite cheese melted on top. This is really good (I've usually made it using a roast, but should come out the same. Stew meat can be tough if not cooked slow and long.)
I didn't read all your answers, but beef and noodles are always a favorite with my bunch, serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
Beef Stroganoff, homemade beef and veggie soup, open faced beef sandwiches on french bread smothered in provel and gravy, beef and veggie fajitas, kabobs......
Beef Stroganoff ,Shepard Pie or make pot pies.
Why not cook it and make a gravy and mash potatoes. Saute it, add seasonings with a can of beef broth. Cook and shred the meat, add taco seasoning and have tacos. Good luck........
we make beef strognoff with it.
Beef stroganoff, stir fry or BBQ beef sandwiches are good options. If you don't want to make homemade stroganoff you can simmer if for a while and then use the hamburger helper stroganoff. For that matter, you could use it with any flavor of hamburger helper your family might like. Or if you want to do a beef and gravy, put it in a slow cooker with a package of lipton dry onion soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom soup and it makes its own gravy.
Put it in a slow cooker for a couple of hours and then shred it and dump a bottle of bbq sauce on it - serve on hamburger buns!
