B.C.
It might be better if we just not come here on weekends or during school holidays.
Everyone seems to know the moderators have the weekends off and when the kids are out of school the trolling is just awful.
With all the trolling lately, I think my judgment is getting a bit poor...I don't know if I should even ANSWER half the questions I see. Am I just supposed to assume if it's your first question, and it seems a bit off, you're a troll?
So, what's everyone doing today?
My girls and I are going to church, and when we come home, I REALLY hope my husband has made something super delicious for dinner. Maybe I should ask that instead...
Have fun cleaning, Jo! ;) I'm taking the day off. I refuse to vacuum that cereal off the floor today.
***Yes, One...Denise...whatever you prefer to be called...I'm sorry, but you and I just do not see eye to eye on anything. No offense.
Tad - My prayers are with you all day long today. You have given me encouragement just now like you'd never believe. Your faith and preserverence (that's spelled wrong, but I've tried it all ways and apparently, all ways are wrong), combined with God's grace, will win your husband one day and you will rejoice in that day.

If its their first question and its totally crazy, I'm the one that started off with "Great first question! Welcome to Mamapedia!" Then I would try to answer it like it was "real". Sometimes, if its completely crazy, I will respond with a sarcastic remark but lately, I have been sort of over all the b.s that has been on here lately so I just ignore it.
I'm with you and have had the same thought!
Here we are still working on melting our over 12" of snow, so sledding may be in our future once again! Oh and gearing up for the expected 10 more inches we are to get tomorrow! Yipee!...and just for the record, by "yippee" I mean DRAT!
My niece is getting ''Welcomed'' at church today. They dont do baptism's until the child is alot older, so this is kinda of like ''dedication'' to the church.
I am super super excited.
To make it even cooler, my husband has decided to go. He NEVER goes to church. He is an Atheist....and being inside a church makes him feel weird. He says he will give this a shot though because the denomination is a bit more open to all, then my parents(he has attend my families church a few times in our marriage for our own kids baptism....and has had to walk out of church so the fact he is willing to give this a shot...ohhhhh doggy!)church.
So fingers crossed. I am waiting for the day when all my discussion's and showing him of the proof of god's existence via personal or family ''god moments'' changes his mind from to except that there is more out there then what he see's. I hope my faith will eventually pave the way for him to see the light.
After Church we are going for our big Italian family dinner at his mom's. We do this every Sunday. My favorite part of the week, and one we have missed now for a month due to every one being sick(2 different virus).
I am glad I have something to pull me away from this time trap:)
Troll and all......I need a break away.
Working on my dissertation. My hubby and daughter went to church this morning while I stayed home to write. I hope to go to church at 5:00. I am one of those nimrods who can't always spot a troll. Sorry everyone for the times I unintentionally feed them.
