Hey everyone on your second child around does your feet change again and boobs or do they stay the same? My feet got wider the first time and my boobs got bigger. I do not want either to happen again. I already have big enough boobs and my feet are wide enough.

What can I do next?

My feet got 1/2 size bigger with each kid. They have gotten bigger since. Good luck.

Yes, you boobs will get bigger again, but should disappear afterwards. On the feet, my grandmas only changed once in her life when she was pregnant for the third time. SO, that one is a tough call.

Yes they can and at time do get bigger, but htey don't always stay that way. I've had four children, and my feet and boobs did get bigger, but went back to the way they were before. Everyone is different, so your experience will not be the same as any one else. My advice to yous is forget about it! Don't even think about it...Just enjoy this final moment in your life, of being pregnant, and all the glorious changes that your body is going to go through! After all, this being your last child, consider your changes the greatest battle scars if you will in your family legacy! You can think back and say hey, look what I had the privilege of earning! After all we are getting the best victory if you will in return for our body changes, a beautiful little child. Kind of makes everything else seem not so bad huh? After all what girl doesn't like having a reason to buy new shoes? Di I mention the bonus for your husband too? I hope this helps, and I hope you learn to love the soon to be new you every step of the way!

A little about me:

I am a 35 year old stay at home mama to 4 awesome little men ages 9,6, and twins that are 4. We are a Christian family, as well as a home schooling family. I'm so grateful for what God has blessed and trusted us with as parents, and as a family!

All I know is that my mom's feet got larger by a half size when she had her second (and last) child, my brother, but not when she had me, her first. My feet and boobs are the same sizes now as they were prior to pregnancy (though the girls hang a bit lower -- they got huge while I was pregnant -- E cup and I'm 5'1" and in the healthy weight range BMI-wise). My understanding for structural changes (not the boobs) is that it just depends on where your bones are when the relaxin (sp?), the chemical (hormone?) you body makes when pregnant goes away. Maybe if you wear super supportive shoes, such as Dansko, and stick with only low impact activities you can improve the chances that your feet won't grow. This is totally a guess, though. The relaxin makes your whole body more flexible. My shoulders got wider -- I look like a linebacker! No idea what to tell you about the boobs, as most women seem to say that they get smaller than prepregnancy, not bigger, unless they don't lose all the baby weight.

The breasts don't necessarily get larger, but the feet generally do. My breasts are actually smaller now than before I had kids. However, the feet spread more each time due to the relaxin hormone and extra weight. I got more stretch marks too on my second, but it's all worth it in the end!
