K. ~ I worked in the cosmetic field for over a decade and would like to share a couple of things with you about lip liners and feathering. First, if its just an issue of the color gently spreading, go for a drier-type pencil. You'll have to "warm" the tip a little with a tissue before applying it, so that it is easier to apply, but it will have less liklihood of bleeding. Also, powder your lips after liner & before lip color. Secondly, if your lip liner/color is bleeding due to lining around your lips (age is so fun!), then try using a skin care product that helps with lining. Estee Lauder & Clinique both make great ones that I have used & found effective. And, one little reminder on lip liners: your liner color should match as closely as possible to your lip color. It is advisable to go a shade lighter always, as opposed to darker.
