The inhome daycare I send my children to charges $35 per day for one child/$30 for each child per day for 2 children and the rates are approximately $5 per day more if it is part-time. This includes breakfast, snack, lunch, snack.
Is there a standard rate for in-home child care (in my home and someone elses)? Actually, a resource with all types of child care rates would be really helpful. So helpful, in fact, that if one doesn't exist for our area, I'll post one after I do my research.

I know of a woman who has an in home day care that charges $45/day.
I wouldn't say there is a standard rate for an in-home daycare. It's their own business so they charge what they want. I was once with an in-home daycare that charged $125/week, but we had to bring our own food. I am now with an in-home day care that charges $150 week and she provides all food. This last time around when I had to look for childcare, the prices I heard were anywhere from $135-$170 a week for one child. I only have 1 child, so I have no idea what most places do if you have 2+ kids.
I paid a nanny $10 an hour. she was "professional" (she had been working as a nanny for 20+ years). she also did laundry vacuum dishes, kitchen floors.. she basicly did enough housework that I didnt have to do much.
she did not clean bedrooms or the master bathroom- but other than that she dis just about all of the housework and took care of one child
