Hi Ladies!
Our family gathering is ordering our turkeys rather than making it ourselves. My mother-in-law has enlisted help finding a place to get the birds since she is coming from Houston. I ordered a smoked turkey from Metzler's (a local BBQ place in Denton), and my MIL would like a roasted one as well. I called the Cupboard in Denton, but they are charging $79 for their turkeys (which is WAY too much!).
Where would you recommend ordering a roast turkey? I would like one that is well prepared so preferably not a Luby's type place...I am in Denton, but I am willing to drive to Flower Mound or Frisco, and my husband could pick one up anywhere in the Grapevine, Southlake, HEB area the day before.

Next time you order a smoked turkey, get a Greenberg. They are the best. They have a wesbsite and delivery turkeys all over the world.
I'm not sure how much it costs, but Boston Market used to do turkeys and so did La Madeline. La Madeline is usually on the spendy side, but their food is sooooo good.
We got our smoked turkey two years ago from Sprouts! It was great. Last year and this year we are going to my aunt's, and she usually gets hers special order....free range and stuff. Not sure where. But I'd do Sprouts again for sure!
Order from Honey Baked Hams. We've ordered turkeys from them several times. Always fabulous! I think they still have a store close to Vista Ridge Mall.
