I am 15 weeks pregnant. My nipples are extremely sore!! They feel chapped! Is this normal? What can I do about it? I did not have this at all with my first. If I did, I was way to sick to know or even care! This is horrible!

What can I do next?

Use the same nipple cream you used when nursing ~ in the white/purple tube I believe. I just can't remember the name, it's been too long.
I didn't have that issue so I can't say if it's normal or not ~ but what is when you're pregnant :)
Congrats!!
**I remember the name: Lansinoh???

Yes, it is very normal. I am 7 months with our third and I didn't have much, or any, soreness with the first two but just my bra or shirt touching my breasts this time HURT! Just in the last month they have gotten better; I still don't want hubby touching them though. Taking a warm shower always helped them feel better if they were really hurting. When I would get cold and my nipples got hard and erected and touched ANYTHING (bra, shirt) that would be the worse pain ever. Try to avoid this... the warm shower will help to relax them. Also, if they are feeling chapped you may try rubbing Lansinoh on them to moisturize them and make them feel better.

Bummer. I had that for all nine months. They toughened up after a few weeks of nursing.

Yeah, I did for a while. It would wake me up in the night if I rolled over onto my stomach. It went away around the middle of my second trimester. Hope you get better soon!
