Pajama Jeans - Has Anyone Tried Them?

I was just telling my husband the other day that I would love to wear cozy pants all the time but have them look nice on the outside - then I saw the commercial for Pajama Jeans and thought it was a great idea. But it is hard to tell from the commercial if they look incredibly cheesy. I wish I could see them in person but I was wondering if anyone has tried them? Do they look terrible? Are they comfortable? I think it's a good concept but I'm just wondering how they actually are? Has anyone tried them and what do you think? thanks!

So What Happened?

Thanks ladies for your helpful feedback! Good point Grandma T about them probably showing up at walmart soon where I can check them out. And thanks for the info on the jeggings - I had never heard of those but looked at the JCPenney website and saw them. I will definitely go into the store and try them on (after I have my baby in a couple months and am down to my regular size). Great idea - thank you much! I will be curious to hear back from Myapapaya to see what you think when yours come in! :)

sounds like a comfortable concept but I was reading the remarks under a youtube vid about them and they werent very nice. Im sure they will be in the "as seen on TV" aisle at Walmart pretty soon, next to the bumpits :)

Im not sure if I am thinking of the samething but if i am they would be worth a try..i didnt notice where you live but my family is im texas and on a visit my aunt, a hip 44 yr old aunt, made a comment about the jeggings she was wearing, looked like jeans but were actually leggings. Her and my sister call them jeggings. Its a jean legging and they were super cute! Now you have to be careful, they do have cheap looking ones and those arent near as cute. So shop around and see what you find, i think she got hers at dillards, a department store in texas. Happy shopping!

Oh and my father in law has pajamas that have a jean look printed on them but those actually look like pajama pants, not sure where he got those. Also my sister has a couple of pair of leggings or pants made by true religion that are jeans but stretchy and comfy you really cant tell the difference in those but that brand is very costly, but cute as all get out!!

I haven't tried any of them, but just wanted to add that they had some "jeggings" at JC Penny's when I was there last week. At least you could try these on and see what you think? Good luck!

I have a friend who tried them and loved them. She sent me the website. I was like you, i looked at them and was afraid they were too cheesy. Then the commercials started coming on and i thought maybe....

I will have to check back and see if you get more opinions :)

Yep -I think I tried them a few times -when I was pregnant! To me they're nothing more than maternity jeans. I had several pairs of maternity jeans with a "real" looking waist band, but they were super stretchy and comfy. I would NEVER have worn them because of the way the material looked if I had NOT been pregnant and miserable anyway. These things are super-cheesy!

Cheesy, go for jeggings. The material up close is not jean like. My cousin in CO and I have decided that this could be the signal of America going down the toilet. With so many options for comfy clothes out there why oh why do we need pajama jeans??
