Stop crying you will become dehydrated! :p That actually worked on one of my kids that would not give up the drama. :)
Really though, laughing is usually my desired response but o well....
I just want to ask how on earth you mamas became so brilliant?!
No, seriously, I don't think I could find the proper words to express how much your input means to me on my last two posts. I am really having a hard time, and you ladies are unbelievable. As I sit here crying and reading your posts, I am so amazed at the helpfulness of so many of them. I hope you are all so blessed in your lives and thank you so much for your supportive posts.
So, a question.....how did you all become so brilliant?! =)

Phenomenal Woman (Mamapedia Moms)
Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I'm telling lies.
I say,
It's in the reach of my arms
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.
I say,
It's the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,
And the joy in my feet.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
Men themselves have wondered
What they see in me.
They try so much
But they can't touch
My inner mystery.
When I try to show them
They say they still can't see.
I say,
It's in the arch of my back,
The sun of my smile,
The ride of my breasts,
The grace of my style.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.
Now you understand
Just why my head's not bowed.
I don't shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing
It ought to make you proud.
I say,
It's in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need of my care,
'Cause I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's me.

I'm R., DUUUUH!! ;)
Too bad you're not closer, I'd say grab the kids and let's hit the pool!
We have the advice of all the other Mama's on here. ;)
aaw, what a sweet post!
IMO the moms who have the most helpful advice to give are the ones who have been blessed with good advice from other moms and are willing to listen and evaluate input, test out what might work, recognize that many situations are not "one size fits all", appreciate those who have shared helpful insights with them, and, of course, love and appreciate their families and want what's best for them.
Translation: *you* are becoming a brilliant mom yourself :-)
Education and experience. You're also brilliant in areas in which you've had experience and success.
It's because we are women!!!!!
:) :) :)
We, women, can do so many great things.
And yes, the men are good for a lot of other things like mine built
a garage. I could never do that. :)
S. - you make it easy!! (thanks!! although I'm not sure you are talking to me!!)
You have my hugs...and support!!! I think you rock!!! You've made it clear over the past oh I don't know how long how important your children are to you and what your expectations are - so it's easy when we "think" we know you!!
Please know these are HUGS - HUGE HUGS!! coming your way!!!
You are included as well - I've seen a lot of your responses, so applaud yourself, mama.
As Rascal Flatts sings in one of his songs . . . "walking down the road a bit sideways." In other words - lots of mistakes, regrets, and bloody noses (figurative, not literal LOL).
You'll be fine S.! <<hugs>>
Gone through a lot in my life. A lot more than I probably should have by my 30's.

@ MamaLucky - **I** can build a garage, car, house, cook, clean... Whatever I want. : )
It doesn't take a man to do it... Just a really kick @ss female friend!!!! : P
Hey youre very welcomed! Now I have to go see if I was actually one who gave you advice so I can take all the credit possible and then go on with my day feeling smart!!! Have a great day S.!
from being members of Mamapedia of course!!!! We all have our moments and put together we make an amazing group of ladies (even the occassional bad seed has its role)!
Thank you for the wonderfully flatering comments. You are also brilliant and amazing. I know that you have had great ideas and suggestions to other moms here too.
The best thing that a mom can do is admit that I am not perfect and seek advice when needed. The second best thing a mom can do is extend the same to others when asked for. It only makes us better moms!
I don't think we're brilliant....we've simply learned to apply what we've experienced in a better way, hoping to help that next person.
i was born this way :)
