Goop found in the automotive section at Walmart. It may take several applications but I've seen it work.

Dawn Dishwashing detergent...it doesn't take alot...just a drop or two on the stain and it washes right out. I have used it on everything from Sweatshirts to chiffon for getting out food grease stains. I have used it on tshirts that are infused with the vicks vapor rub, I have used in on make up stains...just about anything that has any petroleum base in it, I have used Dawn. I have even had success with it getting the grease stain out after an item was washed and dried. Even on hand wash items...let it sit for a bit and then wash the item as you normally would. I have never had it do any damage to any fabric. I have also been known to drop a tiny bit of dawn into a wash load of laundry just to help get some of the body oils off of clothes. Good Luck!

Absolutely the BEST thing I have found is called LestOil. It comes in a big bottle (so it lasts a LONG time) and you can use it on any greasy stain directly. I use a baster brush to "paint" it on the oily stain, or a Q-tip. It cannot hurt your other laundry either. I sometimes just add about 1/2 cup to the entire load if there are several things in the load that are spotted, but directly on the stain works best to remove the entire spot. I have saved many clothes with it! It works great on automotive grease too! It does smell like very strong Pine Sol, but I could think of worse things it could smell like! If you can't find it at a big store like WalMart, check a smaller store or another grocery store in the cleaning product section, sometimes it can be hard to find.
