Ours is!
We are in that magical window before the snow ----> slush ----> a giant sheet of ice. ALSO! We haven't lost power yet, miraculous!!!
The kids and I made a snowman who they named "Sir". He's...erm...really...characteristic (imagine a lopsided and pine needle covered wonder). We also got to do some snow angels and our dog drug around their sled with her mouth. Not a bad morning for a mama who is allergic to the cold!

Yep, had 3 inches yesterday and then today while I was at work we got a few more and then the sun came out and kind of started to melt. We have about 2 or 3 still. Made a snowman for my daughter. She thinks this snow is the coolest thing around.

((For those not in the coastal NW... we're all excited, because we at MOST get 2 weeks of snow, some years get none at all, and can only "count" on 1 or 2 days of it! We didn't get ANY last year when the rest of the country was praying for the snow to stop... we just had stupid rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, flood, rain, rain, rain. Yaaaaaaaaay Snow THIS year!!!! And the cities on the coastal side don't have the infrastructure to deal with it, so they grind to a halt! Snow Days for EVERYONE!!!! Well... except police, fire, and hospitals. But seriously. The city STOPS. With an inch or two -icy hills-. But then, Seattle has only had 6" of snow in a day 15 times in 100 years. And NOT THAT MUCH since 1996!))
You know... my son and I spend winter in the mountains with 10+ feet of snow... so THEORETICALLY I shouldn't be this excited. <huge grin> But I am!!! Snow, snow, snow, snow!
Been snowing all morning. Just started sticking in the last hour...in Burien. Looks beautiful!
Our snow is sticking but it's varies between powdery soft and somewhat wet. We're on the Tacoma/Lakewood/U.P. border and ____@____.com:39pm it's snowing.
Mine melted but then I am not from your neck of the woods. :( I want a real snow!
Sound cold, but also sounds like alot of fun. That's one thing we don't get (at least not much) in San Diego.
It snowed all morning and we got 2 inches! but recently started melting :( but there's hope! Its snowing again!! Hope it stays for at least a day!
My kids would like snow.
We don't have snow here except for Mauna Kea.
