Notary Needed

Stupid question here. I need to get some papers notarized and in the past I always had someone in my office that could do it for me. We have recently relocated and I don't know where to go to find someone to notarize our paperwork. I would hate to have to spend money to go to a lawyer to get two simple papers notarized. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Stop by a UPS office with $5 and they should be able to notarize anything for you. Make sure you have your driver's license or other ID with a photo (passport).

Your local bank should have someone that can notarize for you. Also, I've had luck at most UPS stores. They charge a couple of dollars.

Good luck!

your local bank should have someone on hand who can notarize for you & since you are already a customer they won't charge you. Otherwise, I know that most UPS stores & most Real Estate offices have some who is able, but ma charge you.
We moved from fla in Oct 05 to escape as well;-)

If you have a bank here locally most all of them have a notary in their branch or main branch. I would start there. If you are a member of the bank they should not charge you a fee for this.

Hello T.. Check the yellow pages for notories in your area or check with your neighbors. There's probably a notary in your neighborhood. You can also have your husbands check with some of his co-workers.
