S., I don't understand. Are you saying that you cannot buy more Motrin and/or Tylenol? It's been years since they've been recalled unless something different is happening in your area. When something is recalled you can return them to the store and either get your money back or get a replacement if there has been a new production. You really do need a baby pain reliever at your house.
I read your other post about ear infections. Are you sure she doesn't have an ear infection?
Are you holding her or letting her cuddle with you in bed? Singing to her, humming, consoling her in some way? Have you tried a cold wet wash cloth on which she can suck? Have you given her something firm but safe for her to chew on? Have you tried rubbing her gums? Rub the Oral Gel into her gums and then keep rubbing them for awhile. Rub, stop, rub.
Try to relax and accept that she's in pain but this too will pass. She's OK if she's screaming because of cutting teeth. She may still be screaming instead of just fussing because you're trying so hard to help her you're tense, anxious and upset. She senses that and feels that more is wrong than just the pain. If her screaming is causing you to become upset to the point of wanting to just make her stop, put her in her crib and leave far enough away that you won't hear her. She will get tired and fall asleep.
This is difficult but you can do it. You're responsible only for trying ways to help her. If they don't work, you've still done your best.
When my grandkids were cutting teeth or having difficulty and were crying as a result and I was tired, I'd take them to bed with me after putting on some soft, soothing music. I would cuddle with them and both of us would soon fall asleep.
