I would like to know if anyone has experienced tinnitus (noises in the ears). Last year I started to have this disturbing very loud noisei in my left ear. It's like fireworks, drums...it comes and goes. I noticed that if I am really tired or stressed i will get this. I went to see several ENT but they don't know what is causing this: i don't have an infection, i don 't have fluid....so what may be casing this? I think it may be a muscle spasm. I got muscle spasms/ tingling in my eyes, feet. Any opinions please? Thank you!

What can I do next?

I have tinnitus in both ears. I usually just ignore it bc it is there constantly. There is nothing you can do about it. Sometimes it is annoying. Mine is a high pitched ringing sound. I don't know what to tell you except get enough sleep and read about tinnitus to learn more.

M.,

Sounds like Tinnitus. Everyone experiences it differently....high pitched ringing...thunder...crackling, etc.

If you have tingling in your eyes? You should probably have a CAT Scan done and see an Opthalmologist.

I would also see a Neurologist if you have tingling in your feet - that's NOT an ear problem - that's a NERVE problem.

Good luck!

I also have tinnitus.... mine is more of a high-pitched ringing.

I've had it for over 20 years.......

For the most part, it is there all the time......

I don't know if they will ever figure out WHAT causes it...... there may be many factors that contribute to tinnitus.

My ears ring if I grit my teeth. I don't think they can do much about it, but you might examine how your mouth feels after sleeping or take notice if you are gritting your teeth.

If you have already seen the ENT I would go to a Neurologist next. But they will probably put you on meds, which I don't like to take.

I have a constant ringing in my ears. I've had my hearing checked and it turns out I've had a mild loss of hearing in the very high sound waves - sounds I wouldn't hear day to day anyway. I think back to the Smashing Pumpkins concert many years ago that actually hurt my ears at the time and the ringing for days afterward, but I digress....

The doctor says the ringing is replacing the loss. Whenever it starts to drive me crazy, like at night when all is quiet and I'm trying to go to sleep, I remind myself that I'm glad I can hear, and it puts it in perspective.

You could go the route of a neurologist with extensive testing, or you could try a natural anti-inflammatory peptide (lots of clinical data from multiple researchers and academic institutions) - we're seeing great results with a variety of inflammatory illnesses and also with autoimmune disorders related to improper gene switching . Your genetic material can't be influenced per se, of course, but the covering of it CAN - that covering, the epigenome, is affected by everything from environmental toxins to genetically modified (GMO) foods/ingredients to diseases. So this natural peptide can work wonders but only if it's in a bioactive form which survives the digestive process. It's tied to so much healing as well as disease prevention, and epigenetics has been featured on Dr. Oz and in all the news magazines (such as "Time") so it's very well regarded and is seen as the big nutritional breakthrough of the century.

There's only one company in the US that has rights to it but it can be ordered on line, and you get access to a nutritional consultant for your questions. Since you are not in any immediate danger requiring extensive medical intervention, you might consider this other approach first. I can give you some links to more info if you want.

We've seen great results with tinnitus over the years, and that's before this peptide was isolated and concentrated in an even more effective form.

Are you holding your jaw too tightly? Next time it happens just try to relax from head to toe and see if that helps.
