I was in the same position as you are and was scrambling to find someone. I loved the guy that we recommended to me. He let me stop several times to nurse my crying daughter, he came to our house, took some of the whole family even, and I got color copies as well as b/w copies all on cd. He was great and for an incredibly great price.
We used poetic exposures as well and he was wonderful! He was so reasonable and I loved how everything came out! He never rushed us and waited for the perfect shot! I cannot say enough good things!...we would still be using him except he only does newborns and weddings

Good luck on that, I am sure you will find someone. It you are willing to do it yourself, you can just get some deep colored blankets, or create the background. You can go to snapfish.com or shutterfly.com to edit and print your backgrounds.
You also can go to picasa.com and download the free program and edit and store your photos.
My husband and I are photographers at heart, and we stopped taking our children to the local photographers, because we have a some what talent for it.
We would so help you out, if we were closer. We do it on the side, edit the shots, and create a CD with rights to print at Sam's or Walgreens.
