Have you heard of T-Tapp? Google it. I lost 10" the first week and 8" the second. I've only done it for 2 weeks so far. I just got the Basic Workout Plus, and it's great.
Hey moms! My daughter is almost 13 months and I still have five to seven pregnancy pounds to lose. I am 5'4 and weigh 112-115 pounds. I AM NOT that concernced about the pounds. I am perfectly fine with the weight I am at, however I am not ok with the fact I can only fit into two pairs of my pre-preggo jeans. I was anywhere from a size 0-3 before and I am in a five now. I can fit into two pairs of pre-preggo jeans (ones a size 0, ones a 3) but they DO NOT look good. Just because I can squeeze into them sure doesn't mean I should be wearing them! I would really like to be able to wear my old clothes again. I still have this wonderful belly fat and sometimes look pregnant. I would also love to lose some inches off my thighs. Basically I just want to tone up and lose some inches. I started slim in six today but I'm not sure if it's really going to get the job done. What is the best way to get rid of this belly fat (this is my biggest concern)? I am thin, but just because you are thin does not mean you are in shape or don't have fat...I have a jiggly butt, big thighs and a big tummy. Any ideas from ladies who have the same problem? What worked for you? TIA!
**EDIT**
I eat fairly healthy (have a huge weakness for chocolate!), haven't drank pop since middle school, so I am just wondering do I need to be doing more cardio? It's hard right now with teaching but I have started getting up at five in the morning and doing my thirty minutes of slim in six (I believe it goes up to forty-five minutes after the first week). I am going to continue walking a mile every night with my hubby and daughter. I really want some good excercises for my lower belly :) So far there have been some great suggestions! Thanks!

I have been following the Atkins diet. After 1 1/2 weeks, I am 10 lbs lighter and I can tell it. You also have to exercise. Do squats, leg lifts, sit ups, lift weights and make sure you walk or run at least 4 times a week.
I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred dvd and it has worked great! I'm not nearly as small as you or the other ladies answering, but I've lost quite a few inches!
try hula hoop .. it really helps.. good luck
I stopped drinking soda completely and dropped two pants sizes in less than a month!!
I totally know how you feel. I went through something similar to you. I am 5'3 and after my second baby I was down to 115 by the time she was 6 months but my size 1 and 2 jeans were still super tight. I think it was after having 2 kids that i felt like in order to tone up my tummy I had to loose even more weight than before. So i did slim fast and started doing an ab video every day. by the time my second was 10 or 11 months old I was down to 107 and was in size 0 jeans. I felt really good and my tummy was nice and toned again. So if I were you I would watch what I eat which it sounds like you are doing and work on your abs it will make a world of difference. Good luck you can do it!

I am definitely not as thin as you. However, I was tired of my old workouts. So I tried something new. Because I had also had 3 foot surgeries. I knew I would need a change. So I started leg lifts and sit-ups. I bought a yoga ball and do my sit-ups on that to protect my back. I also squeeze the ball like a thigh master. I also lift small weights to strengthen and tone my arms. Amazingly 7 months later, I am wearing clothes that fit me looser and some things I could not wear before. I also, watch what I eat. Being older than you I cannot consume as many calories. But for you, you will have to decide what is best for you. I try to avoid too much sugar, salt and fatty foods. It is best to always start with a little something for breakfast. I do eat a good breakfast and good dinner on the weekends. Then during the week I eat less. Like cereal for breakfast and nuts or something for a snack then a small dinner. Like a salad or soup of some sort. I will also make some pasta up and just put olive oil on it and some spices and parmesean cheese. I like it. But you may find it bland. So you could add some red spaghetti sauce. Well, my best to you and let me know how it goes.

The only way to get rid of the jiggles is to tone up the muscles. Jillian Michaels DVDs are great for this. I have one that's for "problem areas" that does toning and cardio together so it burns fat and tones up the muffin-top, abs, butt, and arms too. I just bought her 30 day shred which I've heard really good things about. I'm 8 months preggo, so I'm saving it for afterwards. Just remember to balance cardio and weight-training/toning to firm up the jiggles and burn a little excess fat at the same time. One won't do it without the other, and diet only works if you need to lose fat. Diet alone won't tone the jiggles.

I have been a Shaklee distributor for 15 years. About 5 years ago they introducted the Cinch Inch Loss program. I lost 3.5 inches off my waist in 2 weeks. It is a safe program where you only lose fat and not muscle. If this interests you let me know.
